  Me and my roommate moved in a month ago, and right now we enjoy a delightful and comfortable life here. The room is well lit, spacious and cozy. The whole apartment is well equipped and maintained in a clean condition. Barbara at the leasing office guided us around the building nicely, and she is of great help and very informative. Would love to stay in this apartment for a long time!

  My husband and I have recently moved in, and Avalon has exceeded my expectations! Melanie helped us with the leasing information and touring the building. She was very polite and helpful, and gave us as much time as we needed to look through multiple apartments. She also showed us different floor plans for us to see what fit our family best. Also, Lynn the property manager was extremely helpful and thorough with any questions we had prior to moving in, and Kyle the concierge was also helpful and polite to us during the move in. Moving in was a breeze and we finished faster than we expected. The building is well maintained, and the maintenance crew is great at taking care of any requests or emergencies in a timely manner. The building is very secure and I have a great sense of safety while I am home, which is a huge comfort since I have small children. We can see ourselves living here for a long time!

  I've never been taken care of this well by the staff of an apartment community. This group really cares about you, and goes above and beyond to make everything perfect. Throw in some great amenities and a great location, and you can't go wrong here.
